Julie Beck is a twenty-four year professional fitness coach and trainer who says, "I’m not stopping anytime soon!" She's an avid student of fitness and has been known to sing rock n’ roll songs out loud in public places. With an early introduction to fitness in high school weight training; Julie has become a student of every kind of strength which led her to complete Level 2 certification in MovNat® a system of natural movement founded by Erwan Le Corre,that has roots in 17th Century Europe's physical education system. About the author

John Greaves III is a writer based in North Georgia with nearly two decades of experience in training at home. A former amateur kickboxing champion, John now competes recreationally in powerlifting. He takes a physical culture approach to training; believing that strength and health need not be mutually exclusive.
